Packages not picked up:
Packages not picked up will be charged with at least 20 euro to cover two shipping costs, packinging and administrative expenses. If necessary the charge will be sent for collection.
False orders:
All false orders will be reported to the police. Xitrus will do its best to assist the police in the investigation.
Complaints:
If your product is damaged or you get the wrong product please contact xitrus within 8 working days since you received the package. Return shipment in this case is covered by xitrus. Returned packages without our approval is not accepted. Visuable damage caused by transport is reported directly to the transport company. Product that gets broken caused by incorrect use or violence is not replaced.
Purchase of approval
If you of any reason is not satisfied with our product, please return it to us within 14 days after you receive it. The product must be unused and the sent back with its original package if one is available. After the product is inspected and approved we will send a new product or make a repayment, according to your wishes. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer and is non refundable.
